The listing above shows that the IR composites are coming from both
NOAAPORT channel 1 and 2 (GOES-East and GOES-West). The NWS is
producing the composites for each NOAAPORT channel, but the time
attached to the image is the time of the primary GOES sector: H+15 &
H+45 for GOES East and H+0 & H+30 for GOES West.

The ADDE from which server you are getting your composite GINI imagery
obviously has both sets of composite imagery being written into the
same dataset. This might be different for different servers depending
on whether or not the decision was made to include both composites in
the same dataset.

Composites being created at the NWS from GOES-East images "should" be
there for H+15 and H+45. Composites from GOES-West "should" be there
for H+0 and H+30. What "should" be there and what "will" be there
will depend on a variety of factors which are not in our control.
