Yes.  Also, I had several interactions with Tony W. at UVa about decoding
GRIB data with gribdec.k.  The gribdec.tar.Z distribution can be found
in the unix/7[67]/testcode directories.  It is easy to download the
compressed tar file and build gribdec.k.  Let me know if you run into
any snags.
