OK, I adjusted ~mcidas/workdata/UNLNEXR.CFG to reflect this change.  I
note and with the changes I made am counting on the fact that base
reflectivities are duplicated:

/data/gempak/nexrad/RADAR/GLD/N0R
/data/gempak/nexrad/NIDS/GLD/N0R
