20001128: McIDAS v7.7 availability

Unidata McIDAS-X 7.7 is not yet available.  I had the 7.7 web pages
setup for the McIDAS workshop earlier this month but did not remove the
links since I had been anticipating making a release "any day".  I
recently decided, however, to postpone the release until my ADDE server
for the zlib-compressed NOAAPORT NIDS products was finished.  My
estimate of being finished by November 30 may slip again, but it should
not go past Monday, December 4.

I will be announcing the official release of 7.7 to the Unidata McIDAS
community through our 'mcidas-x' email list.  If you are not subscribed
