Hi Gilbert, Actually, it was a different cause: after I investigated further, it was > due to a product queue that was too large. It was hogging a lot of memory, > which would not only cause us to lose products, but slow the relay of data > to our servers. By reducing the queue size to 67% of /dev/shm, we have had > no issues since.
