I checked an online version of the man page for htpdate, and it says that the host(s) that will be checked are HTTP servers. Is ntp.ttu.edu running a web server? The only reason I ask is the latency numbers from rime for the NEXRAD3 and NOTHER feeds continue to increase due to apparent clock drift.
