[LDM #WOM-274153]: Reproducible bug in LDM 6.13.10

ldm-6.13.11.34.tar.gz is in the beta directory.

Sorry for taking so long. A personal matter came up.

Hopefully, this distribution will fix your problem, which I think was due to 
deadlock in the logging module -- so I refactored it.
