Hi, Would you please become the LDM user in their home-directory and send me the output of the command "ls -l". The long listing of your LDM program -rwxr-xr-x 1 ldm ldm 148880 Dec 19 2016 ldmd shows that it's *not* owned by root and setuid. It must be in order to work correctly. You might be able fix things by 1. Becoming the LDM user in their home directory 2. Stopping the LDM 3. cd(1)ing to "src/" 4. Becoming root 5. Executing the command "make root-actions" When you've done this, would you please send me a long listing of the LDM program. > Thanks. The machine OS was updated recently. maybe that's the problem.
