[LDM #RNO-182729]: LDM 6.13.6 not building

benefit. Hope you don't mind.

The bottom of the file "configure.log" contained this:

    checking for png.h... no
    configure: error: Header-file not found

You need the PNG library installed if you're going to do NOAAPort ingestion.
