[LDM #UOW-671313]: LDM6.13.6 product not be written to ldmd.log

Did you specify the option "--with-ulog" to the configure(1) script when you 
built the LDM package? (This option is not recommended.) The top of the file 
"config.log" will show if you did.

> The ldmd.log only has ldm start info, and pqact's log has products info.

A downstream LDM process will log received data-products if and only if its 
logging is in verbose mode. Among the ways this can be set is to specify the 
option "-v" to the command "ldmadmin start".
