Roman, > Thanks for your help. Attached is the config.log file. I should have been more specific. I was looking for the standard output and standard error streams of the configure(1) script. If you followed the installation instructions, then they would be in the file "configure.log" in the top-level source-directory. It, nevertheless, appears that the configure(1) script was unable to find the file "zlib.h", which, according to http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/ldm/ldm-current/basics/platform.html is necessary in order to build the LDM package. Do you have that file? If not, then you'll have to install the zlib(3) *development* package. On a RHEL7 system, the following command -- executed by root -- should do this: yum install zlib-devel Regards, Steve Emmerson Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: STV-523247 Department: Support LDM Priority: Normal Status: Closed =================== NOTE: All email exchanges with Unidata User Support are recorded in the Unidata inquiry tracking system and then made publicly available through the web.
