The multicast packets from the Novra must be captured by an LDM ingester, turned into LDM data-products, and the products inserted into an LDM queue for subsequent distribution (in order to minimize product-loss, we recommend that such an ingest system not process the products). The LDM package has a NOAAPort ingester (noaaportIngester(1)) -- though the build must be configured to install it.
