Nathan, The pqact(1) process hangs when it gets to the end of the queue (i.e., where the most recent products are). It's waiting for more products. Be advised that the oldest product that pqact(1) can process is the oldest product in the queue. If the products you want aren't in the queue, then they can't be processed. > In the event that we have LDM issues for some length of time (either on our > LDM or an upstream LDM), and we would like to retrieve data that was not sent > to us, can we run a manual pqact command looking back that length of time > that will process all latent files?
