The only thing I can think of now is that your rpcbind(8) daemon is somehow configured to not accept new registrations. Like I said, however, the warning message may be safely ignored -- so unless there's a pressing reason to pursue this issue, it can be ignored. Odd, though. Don't recall every seeing this before.
