Hi Donna, Could you do the following for us (on Monday?): <as 'ldm' on earthdata> ldmadmin stop ldmadmin start -- send us the LDM log file created on LDM restart but don't wait too long. We are mainly interested in the messages at the top of the log file, but we want to see everything nonetheless. -- also send us your LDM configuration file (~ldm/etc/ldmd.conf) and LDM registry file (~ldm/etc/registry.xml) - also send us the output of: cd ~ldm ls -alt Question: - given that you had to install the libxml2-devel package in order to build the LDM (v 6.12.14) on earthdata, we believe that the LDM you have been running was not built on the machine Are we correct in this surmise?
