[LDM #RQD-888533]: pqact errors after upgrade to 6.13.0

Is the file /home/ldm/logs/lamp2nc.20160505.asc a log file? If so, does it 
contain anything relevant?

I don't know the metar2nc(1) program. What does the option "-l logs" mean? I'm 
concerned because "logs" appears to be a directory.
