[LDM #YVK-921007]: LDM and SELinux

You can also set SELINUX to Permissive.  In Permissive mode, LDM log
messages will be sent to both the LDM log file specified in the
(r)syslog config file and the system log file (e.g., /var/log/messages).
The good thing about Permissive mode is that it can be set by 'root'
using the 'setenforce' utility.
