[LDM #DCL-924284]: Wrong metrics.txt file location for plotMetrics

Tom,

The command "ldmadmin plotmetrics" did create and write the file 
"/tmp/metrics.txt"; it just deleted the file before terminating.

If that command encounters an error, then it doesn't delete the file so that 
the user can examine it.
