Timothy,

The command should be "notifyme -vl- -f NEXRAD2 -h idd.tamu.edu" (you were 
missing a "-" option argument after the "f" option).

Use the command "man notifyme" to get its man(1) page (assuming 
"$HOME/share/man" is in your MANPATH environment variable).
