[LDM #HOB-718082]: LDM mkqueue error

Marcelo,

While certain LDM utilities must be owned by root and setuid, it is not 
necessary for the LDM user to be root. Indeed, that is a dangerous situation.

If your LDM user is root, then something is very wrong with your installation.
