Having multiple downstream requesters with overlapping requests behind a NAT 
device can cause problems for the reason given at 
<http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/ldm/ldm-current/basics/behavior.html#upstream>.
 You might have to disable the anti-DOS feature.
