[LDM #PSC-398825]: ldm not logging to ldmd.log

What's the output of the command "grep LOG_LDM src/config.h" -- executed by the 
LDM user in their home directory?

If it's "LOG_LOCAL0", then I've exhausted all possibilities that I recall 
except for *rebooting the system*.
