Yup.

The previous log message by the pqact(1) should be irrelevant.

I've been working on this bug. I couldn't find it, so I clean-up some of the 
code in pqact(1) in the hopes that doing so would squash the bug. I'm currently 
testing the new version (6.12.7) on our in-house systems.
