I'm going to assume that the pathname of the pqact(1) configuration-file is
"/ioddev/dbndev/ldm/etc/pqact.conf". Tell me if it isn't.
That might help diagnose any problems, but let's look at something else first.
Please send me the pattern/action entry in the pqact(1) configuration-file that
you think should have been matched by the product "29998 20140929151900.995
FNEXRAD 283 SXAK58 PACR 291518".
