[LDM #VVJ-331218]: LDM 6.11.7 Errors - exit LDM Not starting

It would appear that your network doesn't allow host Geoprod4 to initiate a TCP 
connection to your backup FOS server. You can verify this with the following 
command, executed by the LDM user on Geoprod4:

    telnet x.x.x.120 388

If the command times-out, then the network (i.e., firewall rules) won't allow 
Geoprod4 to establish a TCP connection to the LDM port on host x.x.x.120.

Let me know what you find.
