[LDM #VVJ-331218]: LDM 6.11.7 Errors - exit LDM Not starting

It looks like the LDM installation procedures didn't quite understand the 
"--localstatedir=/var/ldm" option to the configure(1) script. I'll have to work 
on that.

Since you're not using the standard installation, what, exactly, are you try to 
do? Do you want the product-queue to be somewhere other than 
"$HOME/var/queues"? What about the log files. What about the data files?
