[LDM #STG-241473]: can't pqactHUP

Neil,

Was the LDM running when you executed the command "ldmadmin pqactHUP"? If it 
wasn't, then I would expect as error because that command is intended to cause 
executing pqact(1) processes to re-read their configuration-files.
