[LDM #VCF-686219]: LDM serial connection

Hey Bill,

pqing(1) is designed to create data-products from a serial port and insert them 
into the product-queue. It has a man(1)-page. If it doesn't do exactly what you 
want, then it should be easy enough to modify.
