[LDM #SKD-682538]: Which LDM release has AWIPS2 support ...

I've been merging all the changes Raytheon's made to the LDM, so all later 
versions have the AWIPS-II stuff.

The latest release is 6.12.3. The LDM homepage is 
<http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/ldm>.
