[LDM #UGW-684103]: LDM Server Not Starting

Good. That will keep LDM log messages from appearing in the system log file.

Lots of "nosuid" mount-points. I need to know the disk that holds the LDM 
binaries,
so please send me the output of the command "df -h ~ldm/bin".
