AFAIK, we haven't tried to ingest two NOVRA feeds on the same computer, so I 
can't say that it's possible. My primary concern is whether the computer would 
be fast enough to keep up with two feeds. Both dvbs_multicast(1) and 
noaaportIngester(1) can be told which interface to use, so distinguishing 
between the two feeds is not a concern.
