CJ, The home directory of the LDM user is incorrect. In particular, the the version-dependent subdirectory "ldm-6.11.6" doesn't exist; the "runtime" symbolic link doesn't exist; and the "bin", "include", and "lib" subdirectories should be symbolic links through "runtime" rather than actual directories. I suspect this is the cause of your problems. Consequently, the LDM will have to be re-installed. I'll do as much as I can. You'll have to perform the final installation steps as root. > Here it is: > > [root@rfd ~]# su - ldm > -bash-4.1$ ls -l > total 8 > drwxrwxr-x 2 ldm ldm 4096 Nov 4 13:01 bin > lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 46 Nov 4 10:39 decoders -> > /data/home/rschumac/GEMPAK6.2.0/os/linux64/bin > drwxrwxr-x 2 ldm ldm 118 Nov 4 11:55 etc > drwxrwxr-x 3 ldm ldm 4096 Nov 4 10:12 include > drwxrwxr-x 2 ldm ldm 93 Nov 4 10:12 lib > drwxr-xr-x 2 ldm ldm 19 Nov 4 10:37 scripts > drwxrwxr-x 4 ldm ldm 26 Nov 4 10:12 share > lrwxrwxrwx 1 ldm ldm 11 Nov 4 10:12 src -> runtime/src > drwxrwxr-x 5 ldm ldm 41 Nov 4 10:12 var > > -- > C.
