[LDM #DLI-905086]: Can't get logging to work with LDm 6.11.6 on VM's

My bad. ulogger(1) is a diagnostic utility and doesn't have a man(1) page.

It's identical to the utility logger(1), however. Here's a usage example:

  logger -p local0.info "this is a test"

You can also execute the command "ulogger -\?" to get a usage message.
