John,
It looks like host nowcast-station-temp.mdl.nws.noaa.gov has three separate
requests for NEXRAD2 data:
$ uldbutil | fgrep nowcast-station-temp.mdl.nws.noaa.gov | fgrep NEXRAD2
12359 6 feeder nowcast-station-temp.mdl.nws.noaa.gov 20130701125602.158

Each request is being honored at our end. For example
$ fgrep '[4590]' ldmd.log

The downstream LDM-s on nowcast-station-temp.mdl.nws.noaa.gov appear to
reconnect approximately every 7 hours.
As far as I can tell, everything's working as it should.
You can check for the last 10000 seconds worth of NEXRAD2 data-products in your
product-queue with the command "pqcat -vl- -f NEXRAD2 -o 10000 >/dev/null".
