[LDM #MSO-599919]: LDM 6.11.5: Problem with ldmd.conf

I rebuilt version 6.11.5 of the LDM with debugging enabled but something's 
preventing me from debugging the ldmd(1) program:

We need authorization from an admin user to run the debugger.
This will only happen once per login session.

I entered the LDM user's password at the prompt.
