[LDM #PCA-650784]: LDM documentation

The LDM distribution contains all the LDM documentation. It's still organized, 
however, in separate HTML pages.

You could use wget(1) to obtain all the documentation web-pages.

The "Tutorial" is just a guided-tour of the "Basics" web pages.
