[NOAAPORT #BHX-452315]: LDM weirdness

The rtstats(1) graph for the LDM on climate.cod.edu should report what 
*actually* went into the LDM product-queue on that computer. In other words, 
the gaps should be real! If they're not, then something very, very strange is 
going on. That's why I asked if you had received data during the gaps.
