[Support #VOV-751174]: Re: [ldm-users] Problems getting data from idd.aos.wisc.edu

It appears that the LDM server on Ncepldm1 is disallowing a connection by a 
downstream LDM on Idd. This could be because the Ncepldm1's LDM server has 
reached its limit on the number of connections it allows (default: 256) or 
because there is no relevant ALLOW entry in the LDM configuration-file on 
Ncepldm1.

If you're requesting data from Ncepldm1, then you should have a contact for the 
LDM administrator on that system. I recommend contacting them.
