[LDM #WMK-256465]: 'Not a WMO format message' error

Perhaps if I knew what you were trying to accomplish, I might be able to 
suggest an easier alternative. For example, if all you want to do is transmit 
files from one location to another, then you might be able to use pqinsert(1) 
rather than pqing(1).
