[LDM #WEK-401659]: ldm-6.10.0 info

Gerry,

To fix the problem with the LDM installation incorrectly modifying 
"/etc/syslog.conf", replace file "src/ensureSyslogEntry" with the attached 
file. This fix will be in the next release (6.10.1).
