The "GB 13" and "GB 31" errors have to do with not being able to read a GEMPAK 
table during an attempt to decode a data-product. The LDM "etc/" subdirectory 
should have a bunch of files with a ".tbl" extension. Compare the files on the 
working systems with the ones on the system that's giving the errors.

I don't know what the "GB 1" error is, but I wouldn't be surprised if it went 
away after the other errors are fixed.
