[LDM #SJT-720842]: ldmadmin stop/restart problem

OK. Let's see if the product-queue can be recreated manually. Send me the 
output from the commands

    rm /usr/local/ldm/data/ldm.pq
    pqcreate -vl- -q /usr/local/ldm/data/ldm.pq -s 500M
    pqcheck -vl- -q /usr/local/ldm/data/ldm.pq
