[LDM #OWY-793062]: 6.9.2 still not working

The configure(1) script had a bug in it that prevented it from obtaining a 
programming environment that supported large files. I corrected the bug and the 
fix will be in the next release.

I installed the new LDM -- including the "root-actions" target by the superuser.

You just need to "throw the switch" (via the runtime link).
