[LDM #TMA-441215]: Beta test 6.9?

Yeah. Strictly speaking, it's not a bug with the LDM package, but rather with 
the build procedures of the NOAAPORT package.

We're working on it. We have to release a new version of the NOAAPORT package 
that corrects this build-deficiency.
