[LDM #AYP-260221]: "problem with ldm"

I didn't see anything untoward in your LDM configuration-file, so I don't know 
what the problem is.

You might try replacing the "request" words with "REQUEST" (i.e., change them 
to uppercase). It shouldn't make any difference -- but then, you should have a 
problem.
