[LDM #QVD-949451]: RE: Problems launching LDM

The LDM couldn't get port 388 to listen on.  The program must be setuid
and owned by root in order to get port 388.  What does a long listing
(e.g., "ls -l") of the file "bin/rpc.ldmd" show?  Is the program owned
by root and setuid?
