[LDM #OVK-233439]: Now that I've worked with LDM 6.7.0.1 for a week...

Gilbert,

I've created the script "/etc/ldmd.new" from Tom's "/etc/ldmd",
which, I think, might be slightly cleaner and more readable.
I'm reluctant to test, however, it because I don't know your
situation.  May I suggest that you look it over and manually try
it at your convenience?  If and when you're satisfied, then simply
replace "/etc/ldmd" with it.
