Assuming that the above was executed by the LDM user, then it indicates that the LDM user wasn't the owner of the top-level LDM server process. When you get a chance, please check the ownership of that process via, for example, the command "ps -lp `cat ldmd.pid`", executed in LDM user's home directory.
