Dave,

Can you setup the previous computer to receive the same IDS|DDPLUS
data streams from the same upstream sites as Virga?  It wouldn't
have to receive any other data and wouldn't have to process the
data.  This would provide evidence as to whether or not the 
network was the source of the problem.
