You're still getting IDS|DDPLUS data from Marconi.  Change the
REQUEST entry to

    REQUEST ANY-GEM-EXP-NEXRAD2-GPS-CONDUIT-(DDPLUS|IDS) ".*" 
marconi.rwic.und.edu
